Will Kennedy Come Out Tomorrow?

As SCOTUSBlog mentions, there are only 10 opinions left this term and it seems like several of them will be published tomorrow morning. If Kennedy does come out, I will of course do my best to cover the case as much as possible. Unfortunately, I will be attending the Conducting Empirical Legal Scholarship Workshop at Northwestern for the next three days. So, if the opinion is published tomorrow, my coverage will probably be lessened substantially. As a result, I'm hoping for a Thursday issuance of the opinion.
