For some reason, though, Corrections Sentencing shows up as being at a college undergrad level. So, it can't be that blogging about sentencing is a genius-only topic.
I honestly have no idea how the website's algorithm works and why it says the Sex Crimes blog requires a genius-level intelligence to read. Concurring Opinions has a rundown of how some other law professor blogs fare in the rating system.
Corey, I think Corrections Sentencing may be rated lower because of all the stories on drunken elephants electrocuting themselves that you Genius blogs deign to ignore.--Mike

I hadn't considered that the algorithm would account for stories that make you dumber. :) Then again, I've covered my fair share of ridiculous tales. I think it just spits out a random ranking because there is nothing "genius" about my blog - I like to think it is pretty accessible.
