This rather interesting link was passed along to me. It is a resource page for the Massachusetts courts so that they can follow litigation in other jurisdictions concerning sex offenders. I'm not sure who is maintaining it, but it is a helpful resource that provides links to many significant cases across the U.S.
This link is to a website maintained by the Committee for Public Counsel Services, the state public defender agency, which has done great work challening the Massachusetts SDP and SORB statutes, and soliciting and training lawyers to represent indigent persons in those cases.
