Wherease the petitioner's brief primarily focused on the statutory interpretation issues in the case, our brief was solely concerned with the Ex Post Facto Clause claim. You can find the brief here.

i agree pity it's not from the actual lawyers in the case itself. Since it seems to be calling the Supreme Court out using it's own words and test's againt it from the 2002 decison even so far as to call the so-called "hi-recidividsom" junk science not proven and can be refuted with over a decade with 100's of studies including the USDOJ.
I love it.
