Human Rights Watch Report to Come Today

The long-awaited HRW report about sex offender policy, No Easy Answers: Sex Offender Laws in the US, is due out today.  I just checked the website and it isn't up yet.  However, this is the link I'm told it will be at sometime today.

Edit:  The report is up and highly recommended!
