Genarlow Wilson Update

I haven't been posting too much about this case, but there are plenty of other places covering it.  Sentencing Law & Policy details the ugly debate in the Georgia legislature about the case and leads us to a long ESPN Magazine article about the case.  Overlawyered compiles some links and comments on the "draconian" sentence in the case.  Even Mark Cuban, the Dallas Mavericks owner, is on the case.  He had this rather strong statement against Georgia's actions as to Wilson:

I wanted to thank and commend ESPN , The NY Times and our owh HDNet and others for great coverage leading to the introduction of a new bill aiming to right this gross injustice.

Personally, there is no chance I do business in the state of Georgia beyond the committment the Mavs have to play the Hawks until Genarlow is out of jail.
